Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Atlanta, the executive team has deep expertise in the SaaS, mobile and marketing industries. The Company’s CEO is Mark Morel, the former CEO of Procuri, a former Glengary Client Company which was sold to Ariba (ARBA) in December, 2007.

In addition to its financial investments, Joseph T. Gorman serves on the Board of Directors while Stephen Haynes serves as advisor to the company assisting with strategic advisory services (including lead generation) and financial advisory services.
