- Complete the management team by injecting its Operating Partners into areas where client companies lack critical skills, assisting with vision development, process, focus and execution, as well as educating the entrepreneurs on a real-time basis.
- Help fully develop viable, but incomplete, products or services into investible, marketable ones by engaging its Advisory Partners to assist with the elimination of specific technical or strategic deficiencies.
- Involve the Glengary Board, Glengary Investors and Glengary Partners in soliciting major corporate executive contacts to provide early adopters for its client companies' products or services.

- Provide intensive strategic and/or financial management assistance, mitigating costly business management errors and preparing management for future funding initiatives, while aligning interests of constituents resulting in the efficient use of capital in reaching critical milestones and increasing enterprise value.
- Utilize the credibility of its well-known and respected Glengary Board and Founding Partners, in combination with its Operating Partners, Advisory Partners, Service Partners and Educational Partner, to instill confidence in the regional investment community, eliciting co-investments in Glengary client companies and/or enabling their investments at earlier points than normal guidelines dictate.
